MFA Graduate Lichun Tseng (2009) made a collective feature film last year, Hometown, with the Filmwerkplaats Collective in WORM, Rotterdam. Four directors go in search of traces of heroism in the city, under the guidance of a producer/supervisor and armed with 16mm black-and-white film. A highly visual, experimental, at times difficult but always intriguing operation.
The film will be screened twice during the International Film festival Rotterdam (IFFR), at Lantaren Venster.
Sat. jan 24, 21.30 h, & Wed. jan 28, 21.45, both in Lantaren Venster 2.
